Thank you for submitting your appointment request.

Keep in mind that we are a small, independent practice that is often inundated with emails, phone calls, and appointment requests. We appreciate your patience with us as we work to respond in a timely manner and get you an appointment as soon as possible.

What’s Next?

  • If we currently have availability, we will reach out to you to schedule an appointment.

  • If we currently have a waitlist for one or more of the services you expressed interest in, we'll let you know approximately how long the wait will be (please note it may be a few weeks to a few months until we are able to offer you a session, but we will do our best to get you scheduled as soon as possible).

  • If we think you would be better served by another provider, we will reach out to offer referrals.
