Thank you for submitting your appointment request.
Keep in mind that we are a small, independent practice that is often inundated with emails, phone calls, and appointment requests. We appreciate your patience with us as we work to respond in a timely manner and get you an appointment as soon as possible.
What’s Next?
If we currently have availability, we will reach out to you to schedule an appointment.
If we currently have a waitlist for one or more of the services you expressed interest in, we'll let you know approximately how long the wait will be (please note it may be a few weeks to a few months until we are able to offer you a session, but we will do our best to get you scheduled as soon as possible).
If we think you would be better served by another provider, we will reach out to offer referrals.
