Children of Immigrants’ Unique Mental Health Challenges

Curious to learn more about the challenges you face as a first-generation American?

During the National Minority Mental Health Awareness Month in July, we invite you to participate in this psycho-educational workshop for children of immigrants run by our clinical intern, Shreya Naropantula, and graduated clinical intern, Jared Banka.

Get a deeper insight into living in two different cultures, understand intergenerational dynamics, and pick up tools to learn how to navigate difficult circumstances and enhance emotional coping. This is also a chance to connect with others who might be experiencing similar things, and learn that you are not alone. Your struggles are completely valid.

The workshop is on Sunday, July 14th from 1 p.m. - 2:30 p.m. and will be held via Zoom. Hope to see you there!

To sign up, please fill out this secure form below.

Please note that this workshop is for public educational purposes, and therefore is not intended to provide mental health assessment, diagnosis, or treatment to any of the attendees.
